Here's an interesting project!

The folks at infobib, a German library blog, have initiated a very interesting project called LibWorld.

"Libworld is a series of postings in which guest authors introduce the library and library related blogs of their particular country."

Check it out and see whats happening in library blogs around the world.

  1. Wow! Library blogging going global! I will have to RSS this site so I can brush up on my German. I like seeing the live traffic feeds of blog visitors showing the map of each country - Thanks for putting Lansing, MI on their map.

  2. I took a look at the InfoPill- blog from LibWorld-Canada. While I don't care for the name of that Canadian library blog, I did find it interesting that music plays when you use that blog. The InfoPill looks like it's a blogger.com blog (Google). Karl, can we have music play on our blog? If so, would you try it?

  3. Hmmm? I'm not sure how to do that, but I could look into it. What kind of music should we play? Would everyone appreciate that like you and I would?
